Programme
Day 1 · Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Dades Valley
Cross the High Atlas over the Tizi n'Tichka pass, visit Ait Ben Haddou and continue to the Dades Valley for the night.
Day 2 · Dades – Todra Gorge – Merzouga
Walk in the Todra Gorge, then drive to Merzouga. Sunset camel ride and night in our desert camp.
Day 3 · Around Merzouga
Sunrise over the dunes, then a 4x4 day: Khamlia village and Gnawa music, the black desert, a nomad family and the market town of Rissani. Second night in the camp or a hotel at the foot of the dunes.
Day 4 · Merzouga – Midelt – Ifrane – Fes
Drive north through the Ziz Valley, Errachidia and Midelt, then through the cedar forest of Azrou and Ifrane, arriving in Fes in the evening.
Timings are a guide: as a private tour, the programme can be adapted to your pace and wishes.
